I’m standing in front of a colossal, twisting steel structure that seems to touch the sky. It’s a rollercoaster, and I’m about to experience the ride of a lifetime. As I step closer, the rumbling sounds of the coaster’s cars on the tracks grow louder, and my heart races with anticipation. My friends are just as excited, and together, we queue up. It’s finally my turn, and I hop into the coaster car, my heart is pounding.
As I sat in the cart with my friends with dim lights just about everywhere, waiting for everyone to be seated. The feeling of excitement and fear came over me, thinking about the thrill I’m about to experience but also how high the drops are.everyone was seated and then the handles came down and locked in on of the staff came to check if it was properly locked but ask if anyone wants to get out.As I heard the staff member coming closer and closer I had to make up my mind if I wanted to stay or leave. The Staff member was at our cart to check if everything was secured and asked if everyone was ok, we all said “Yes” including me. So after the staff member finished checking the handles he went to the operating room to start the rollercoaster. As the roller coaster was moving in the pitch black with few dim lights around there were lots of people’s voices that were a part of the roller coaster ride.As we were moving in the dark there were cool sets that showcased in the cave like a pipe exploded and then 2 cop cars fell from the ceiling. But then I saw a bit of light and knew that the fun and excitement was about to unfold.
As we stopped all I could see was a hole in the building and light coming through it.The sound of people speaking in the background didn’t concern me but until I heard “Don’t worry I’ll save you!” And then BLAST OFF!
We went Flying through the air and doing loops, twisting sideways, even going upside down. It almost felt like we were actually being saved by the man himself, Superman! After that I felt like it was the most amazing thing that ever happened to me. I wanted to go on it again but my friends were a bit sick after that.
